Clear terms for working together.
These Terms of Service explain how you may use the Lodhies Procurement & Interior Solutions website and what happens when you send an enquiry about procurement, sourcing, interiors, construction, furniture, repairs, technology, documentation, education, healthcare supplies or digital support.
They apply to the website and enquiry stage. A confirmed quotation, order, project agreement or other written engagement may contain additional terms for the specific work.

About these terms
The website is operated under the name Lodhies Procurement & Interior Solutions. In these Terms, “Lodhies”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lodhies Procurement & Interior Solutions. “You” refers to the person or organisation using the website or contacting us.
These Terms apply to the website, service directory, service pages, project information, FAQs, enquiry forms and contact links.
By browsing the website, submitting an enquiry, contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or email, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or submit an enquiry.
The website and our role
The website is an information and first-contact channel. It helps you understand the types of requirements Lodhies may be able to source, coordinate or support.
Service descriptions, examples, images, category information, availability, indicative timelines and other website content may change without notice. A service listing is not a guarantee that a particular product, supplier, contractor, price, location, result or delivery date will be available.
The website is not currently an online checkout or payment platform. Submitting a form, sending an email, calling, or opening a WhatsApp conversation does not by itself create a purchase order, service contract, quotation acceptance or guaranteed engagement.
Enquiries, quotations and confirmation
Please provide information that is accurate, current and sufficient to explain the requirement. Useful information may include the product or service required, quantity, specifications, location, budget, timeline, reference material, site conditions and intended result.
We may ask for further details before deciding whether a requirement can be reviewed or quoted. We may also decline an enquiry where the requirement is outside our scope, unavailable, unlawful, unsafe or dependent on information that has not been provided.
We aim to respond to enquiries within one working day, but this is an ordinary response target and not a guaranteed deadline.
Any price, availability, lead time or service description shown on the website is indicative unless it is expressly included in a written quotation.
A written quotation may contain its own validity period, assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, supplier conditions, taxes, delivery charges, duties, payment schedule, cancellation terms and project conditions.
A binding engagement begins only when the applicable written quotation, order, project agreement or service agreement has been accepted by the relevant parties and any required deposit or payment arrangement has been confirmed.
If these Terms conflict with a specific written agreement for a confirmed service, that specific agreement controls for that service.
Service-specific boundaries
Procurement and sourcing
We may help review requirements, compare suitable options, coordinate suppliers, arrange purchasing or organise delivery according to the confirmed scope.
Supplier availability, product condition, brand, warranty, authenticity, stock, price and lead time may change. We will communicate material changes that become known to us and seek confirmation where the agreed scope requires it.
Import and export
Import and export requirements are reviewed according to the product, origin, destination, quantity, documentation, logistics and applicable laws.
International coordination may involve customs rules, duties, taxes, permits, licences, sanctions, carrier requirements, restricted goods rules and destination-country regulations. The customer must provide accurate information and cooperate with all lawful documentation requirements.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Lodhies is not acting as a customs authority, customs broker, importer of record, exporter of record, legal adviser or tax adviser and does not guarantee customs clearance, delivery or approval by any authority.
Interior, construction, renovation and repairs
Website information is general and does not replace a site inspection, structural assessment, engineering advice, electrical certification, safety assessment, architectural service or other licensed professional advice where one is required.
Actual scope, cost and timing may be affected by site conditions, measurements, access, permits, hidden defects, material availability, client changes, supplier performance and work discovered after commencement.
Construction, interior, renovation, repair and installation work is governed by the confirmed quotation or project agreement.
Documentation support
Documentation, registration, application, attestation and digitisation services are facilitation and coordination services. Lodhies is not a government authority, issuing authority, court, registrar, lawyer or official decision-maker unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
We cannot guarantee that an application will be accepted, approved, issued or completed within a particular time. The relevant authority controls its own requirements, decisions and processing time.
You are responsible for providing truthful information and authentic documents. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive records through the website form unless we specifically provide an appropriate secure method.
Healthcare and medical supply
Healthcare, medicine, medical equipment, consumable and first-aid services are limited to lawful sourcing, procurement and delivery coordination within the confirmed scope.
Lodhies does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medicines, provide medical advice or determine whether a product is medically suitable for a person. Product selection and use should be determined by a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
Prescription, licensing, product registration, storage, expiry, handling and delivery requirements may apply. Availability and supply remain subject to authorised suppliers and applicable regulations.
Digital, website and SEO support
Digital, website, search engine optimisation and business-visibility services are performed according to the agreed scope.
Search rankings, traffic, leads, platform approval, account access, advertising performance or business results cannot be guaranteed because they depend on search engines, platforms, competition, market conditions, client materials and other factors outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate and lawful information;
- provide the permissions, approvals, measurements, references and documents reasonably needed for the requirement;
- confirm important specifications, quantities, materials, colours, locations and deadlines;
- provide safe and timely access where work takes place at a property or site;
- obtain any permission, tenancy approval, authority approval or licence that is your responsibility under the written agreement;
- make payments by the agreed due dates;
- inspect or review supplied work, products or documents and raise material concerns within the period stated in the applicable agreement;
- ensure that any product, design, image, document, reference or link you provide may lawfully be reviewed and used for the requested purpose.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, banking credentials, identity documents, medical records, prescriptions or other unnecessary sensitive information through the public website forms.
You must not request or use our services for fraud, counterfeit goods, unlawful imports or exports, prohibited items, document falsification, infringement, unsafe work or any other unlawful purpose.
Suppliers, professionals and third parties
Some requirements may involve independent suppliers, manufacturers, technicians, designers, contractors, couriers, hosting providers, email providers or other third parties.
Where a third party is involved, its own availability, terms, warranties, policies, delivery conditions and performance may apply. We do not control every act or omission of an independent third party.
Where Lodhies is responsible for coordination, we will take reasonable steps within the confirmed scope to communicate requirements, follow up and keep the agreed process moving. If a product or service is supplied directly by a third party, claims relating to its warranty, performance or delivery may need to be raised with that provider. We will reasonably assist with communication where appropriate.
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, external product pages, reference pages and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Prices, payments, changes and cancellation
At the time these Terms were updated, the website did not provide an online checkout or payment form.
Payment details, deposits, milestones, delivery charges, installation charges, taxes, customs duties, supplier costs, cancellation conditions, refunds and warranty arrangements are confirmed in the applicable quotation or written agreement.
A requirement may change after the initial discussion. Changes to quantity, specification, material, location, timing or scope may change the price and delivery or completion date. Changes should be confirmed in writing before additional work or purchasing begins.
If you delay payment, access, approvals, information, decisions or required materials, the agreed timeline may change and additional reasonable costs may arise where permitted by the written agreement.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the applicable written agreement and mandatory rights under applicable law. Costs already committed to suppliers, materials, transport, labour or approved work may affect the amount refundable.
Do not rely on an unexpected payment instruction received through an unverified message. Confirm payment details directly through the business contact information published on this website.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purpose;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- submit false, misleading or unauthorised information;
- upload malware, harmful code or material intended to interfere with the website;
- attempt to access restricted systems, accounts, data or server areas;
- probe, scan, attack, overload or disrupt the website;
- scrape, copy, harvest or systematically collect website content without permission;
- use website content, branding or contact details to mislead others;
- infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights or contractual rights;
- use the forms to send spam, promotional messages or unrelated solicitations.
We may restrict access, refuse an enquiry or suspend communication where reasonably necessary to protect the website, the business, other users, third parties or the integrity of an active engagement.
Website content and intellectual property
The website’s text, structure, design, branding, logo, illustrations, graphics, photographs, software and other materials are owned by Lodhies or used with permission.
You may view the website and use its information for personal or internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, distribute, frame, scrape or commercially reuse website content without written permission.
You retain rights in material that you submit. You give Lodhies permission to review, copy, store and use that material only as reasonably necessary to understand, quote, source, coordinate, communicate about or perform the requested requirement.
You confirm that you have the right to provide that material and that its use for the requested purpose will not infringe another person’s rights.
Availability, responsibility and events outside control
We try to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but the website may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, changed or unavailable. We do not guarantee that every page, link, form, image or function will always be error-free or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an available basis without guarantees that it will meet every particular purpose or produce a particular commercial outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodhies will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising only from your use of the website, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data.
The liability and remedies for a confirmed paid service are governed primarily by the applicable written quotation or project agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other rights that mandatory law protects.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including supplier failure, stock changes, transport disruption, customs action, authority decisions, utility failure, internet or hosting outages, severe weather, natural disaster, fire, strike, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, government action or changes in law.
If your unlawful use, false information, infringement, misuse of the website or breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim or reasonable loss, you agree to reimburse Lodhies to the extent permitted by law, except to the extent that the loss was caused by Lodhies’ own breach or wrongdoing.
Privacy, changes and general terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through the website. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies, third-party resources and similar technologies used by the website.
We may update these Terms when the website, services, technology or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new date and will apply from publication unless a different effective date is stated.
If one provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment relationship or joint venture between you and Lodhies. No person other than the parties to a confirmed written agreement may enforce that agreement unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Governing law and contact
